  • Draft and review legal documents, including fund formation agreements and offering memoranda.
  • Collaborate with clients, lawyers, and business professionals to ensure legal requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to investment fund matters.

 

Requirements:

  • . degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice in Illinois.
  • 3-6 years of experience in investment funds law.
  • Prior experience with an AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC is preferred.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to practice law in Illinois.
