Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various areas of finance law, including corporate finance, securities, banking, and investment management.
  • Conduct legal research, analyze financial regulations, statutes, and case law, and provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, prospectuses, and regulatory filings.
  • Assist in corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and private placements.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
  • 2-4 years of experience practicing law in finance, preferably with a law firm or financial institution.
  • Strong understanding of finance and securities laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
