Duties:

• Manage and lead complex litigation cases, serving as 1st or 2nd chair in trials or arbitrations.
• Conducted legal research, drafted pleadings, motions, and briefs, and provided sound legal advice to clients.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff to ensure effective case management and client satisfaction.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and negotiations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of legal developments, trends, and changes in the litigation landscape.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
• Proven experience as 1st or 2nd chair in trials or arbitrations.
• Strong understanding of civil litigation processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Education:
