The ideal candidate should have specific experience representing private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth.

Duties:

• Provide legal representation for private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities.
• Draft and negotiate commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents.
• Handle legal processes involved in leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in Debt Finance.
• Specific experience in representing private equity sponsors, banks, and lenders in loan facilities for corporate growth and acquisitions.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Relevant Bar admission required, or eligibility to promptly obtain admission.

Skills:

• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating financial and collateral documents.
