Should preferably have experience with counseling employers regarding labor and employment law issues, conducting witness interviews and investigations, drafting position statements, preparing employee handbooks and policies, drafting employment agreements and separation agreements, conducting due diligence for corporate transactional matters, and managing employment-related litigation. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar. Membership in multiple state Bars is preferred.
