Fort Lauderdale office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a labor and employment associate attorney with 2-4 years of labor and employment defense experience. The candidate must have employment counseling and litigation experience (before federal & state courts and government agencies), together with excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Should preferably have experience with counseling employers regarding labor and employment law issues, conducting witness interviews and investigations, drafting position statements, preparing employee handbooks and policies, drafting employment agreements and separation agreements, conducting due diligence for corporate transactional matters, and managing employment-related litigation. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar. Membership in multiple state Bars is preferred.
