A law firm in Rockford is seeking an Attorney with 0-10 years of experience in banking law. The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and hold an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to banking law.
• Handle cases involving regulatory compliance, lending transactions, and financial regulations.
• Conduct legal research to stay current with banking laws and regulations.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and compliance policies.
• Represent clients in negotiations, transactions, and regulatory proceedings.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.
• 0-10 years of relevant experience in banking law.
