Position Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and draft discovery requests.
- Conduct depositions.
- Prepare and argue motions.
- Trial preparation and support.
- Investigate facts.
- Attend court hearings and trials.
- Maintain accurate time records.

Candidate Requirements:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- 3-5 years of litigation experience.
- Admission to practice in Washington.
- Experience with motion practice and depositions.
- Experience leading plaintiff and expert depositions preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in an organized and efficient manner.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Ability to multi-task and analyze complex matters.
