Organization: The Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati and its affiliate Legal Aid Society of Southwest Ohio, LLC (“Legal Aid”)

Experience: Applicants should have completed their second year of law school before the summer of 2024.

The Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati and its affiliate Legal Aid Society of Southwest Ohio, LLC (“Legal Aid”) are seeking applications for 2L Law Clerk positions for the summer of 2024. This position offers the opportunity to gain experience in public interest law while providing legal research and other assistance to Legal Aid attorneys in their cases.

**Job Description:**
- Perform legal research and provide other assistance to Legal Aid attorneys in their cases
- Attend regular discussions on public interest law topics with their supervisors and other attorneys
- Have opportunities to observe court proceedings
- Work in compliance with public health guidelines

**Qualifications:**
- Completed second year of law school before the summer of 2024
- Strong academic record
- Interest in public interest law
- Good organizational and communication skills
