Duties:

• Directly liaise with clients to understand their legal needs.
• Proactively drive client matters and projects to successful completion.
• Provide legal advice and counsel on litigation or transactional matters.
• Draft legal documents, contracts, and other relevant materials.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Represent clients in negotiations and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure effective client representation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar and eligibility to practice law in New York.
• 3-6 years of litigation or transaction experience.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Korean.
