Position Summary:

- Seeking a Senior Tax Consultant with experience in partnerships, Subchapter K, and real estate tax compliance and consulting services

Work You'll Do:

- Perform detail-level reviews of partnership work papers, allocations, and tax returns
- Prepare materials and research for consulting projects related to tax planning opportunities
- Coordinate and communicate with clients to gather information for tax returns
- Train, mentor, and supervise new and experienced tax staff

The Team:

- Join a global industry group of over 2,800 professionals providing a spectrum of assurance and advisory, tax, enterprise risk, regulatory, and consulting services to investment management companies
- Clients include investment advisers, administrators, managers, broker-dealers, banks, insurance companies, mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity, and other money managers

Qualifications:

Required:

- 3+ years of experience in tax planning or preparing tax returns
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Active CPA, licensed attorney, enrolled agent, or other relevant certifications
- Basic understanding of Subchapter K, partnership allocation methodologies, and real estate fund tax compliance
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred:

- Advanced degree (Masters of Tax, JD, or LLM)
- Experience in virtual and/or global environments
- Passion for technology and exploring new solutions
- Knowledge of ASC740
- Previous Big 4 or large CPA firm experience
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills

Salary Information:

- Wage range of $68,180 to $144,300
- May be adjusted for geographic location
- Eligible for discretionary annual incentive program
