The ideal candidate should possess a broad range of experience in both out-of-court and in-court restructurings, including drafting plans, disclosure statements, and plan support agreements. The role will involve participation in 363 sales, analysis, and drafting of inter-creditor and subordination agreements, as well as analyzing and participating in clawback actions and evaluating leases, executory contracts, and intellectual property licenses. The candidate is expected to have a comprehensive understanding of the Bankruptcy Code, including a solid grasp of Article 9 secured transactions. Strong academic credentials, equivalent law firm experience, and excellent research skills are essential for this position, along with admission to the New York Bar.

Duties:

• Participate in a wide range of out-of-court and in-court restructurings.
• Draft plans, disclosure statements, and plan support agreements.

• Contribute to 363 sales and handle clawback actions.
