The Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for trial preparation, motion practice, deposition experience, and other aspects of litigation. They must possess exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills, along with a strong academic record and a track record of professional success. Experience in a big law environment is preferred.

Duties:

• Trial preparation, including file responsibility
• Motion practice
• Deposition experience

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of general litigation experience
• Strong academic record
