Duties:

• Provide substantive legal expertise with limited partner supervision.

• Oversee the overall progress and success of assigned cases.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of trial-focused civil litigation experience specifically related to patents.
• Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage case teams with limited partner supervision.
• Strong business development, legal, leadership, and firm management skills.
• Undergraduate degrees in engineering, chemistry, biology, and/or computer science are highly valuable.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of California.
