The candidate will provide thorough factual and legal research and analysis in pleadings, memoranda, and other written documents. Will draft pleadings and other case documents. Attend hearings, manage matters from commencement to final resolution, and competently and professionally communicate with clients and supervising attorneys. Knowledge of federal and state court practice and experience preparing answers, motions, and other routine filings are essential. Experience handling hearings and depositions; and significant case management experience needed. Should have familiarity with and ability to prepare basic and complex litigation documents; and familiarity with federal and state court procedural rules and practices. Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Texas.
