Job Duties:

• Handle patent and trade secrets disputes within the Litigation group.
• Conduct inter partes review petitions and related proceedings.
• Utilize technical knowledge in Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science for case analysis.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Engage in client communication and provide legal counsel on intellectual property matters.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in patent and trade secrets disputes.
• Outstanding academic credentials and prior law firm experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline, Physics, or Computer Science.
• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Relevant Bar admission.
• Admission to practice before the USPTO (preferred).

Skills:

• Expertise in patent and trade secrets disputes.
