Job Overview: A law firm in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate Attorney with 5 years of commercial litigation experience. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in preparing pleadings and motions, and the ability to prepare for hearings and related court proceedings. Excellent research, writing, and attention to detail are required for this position. The Senior Litigation Associate Attorney will also be responsible for file management, preparing for and participating in both trials and arbitrations/mediations. The candidate must be licensed to practice in the State of Florida and be a member of The Florida Bar in good standing.

Duties:

• Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to commercial litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda.
• Prepare for hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Manage case files and ensure all documents are organized and up-to-date.
• Work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Requirements:

• 5 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Expertise in preparing pleadings and motions.
• Ability to prepare for hearings and related court proceedings.
• Excellent research, writing, and attention to detail.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to The Florida Bar.
