Job Details:

  • Utilize transactional health care experience in aggregation models across industry sectors such as dental, behavioral health, med spa, optometry, ophthalmology, etc.
  • Support health care transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Construct state-compliant models and conduct regulatory diligence and oversight.
  • Demonstrate a strong business and entrepreneurial sense.
  • Provide superior communication, analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.
  • Manage internal and external client and counsel relationships effectively.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting health care transactions.
  • Proven experience in building state-compliant models and conducting regulatory diligence and oversight.
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service.
