Your expertise will extend to providing guidance on tax and estate planning structures for clients with . citizen spouses, as well as offering strategic counsel on renouncing . citizenship, abandoning long-term permanent residency, and structuring ownership in foreign businesses to optimize . tax implications.

Your responsibilities will also encompass drafting . estate plan documents for clients with foreign assets or foreign beneficiaries, administering estates of . individuals owning foreign assets, and advising foreign clients on structuring investments in the . This includes real estate acquisition and creating tax-efficient structures for asset transfers to . beneficiaries. Additionally, you will play a critical role in drafting . estate plan documents for foreign clients with assets or beneficiaries in the ., administering estates of foreign individuals owning . assets, and ensuring client compliance with . reporting requirements for foreign investments and transfers from foreign entities or individuals.
