The Assistant Attorney General will provide legal advice and representation to state agencies, boards, and commissions. They will also be responsible for appearing in state and appellate courts as well as adjudicative hearings. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience in the practice of law and must be a licensed attorney in the State of Oklahoma. Strong writing skills, oral advocacy skills, and employment law experience are required for this role.
