Job Overview:

The Construction Defect Attorney will manage a litigation caseload, including taking and defending depositions, handling discovery, writing motions, and making court appearances. Duties:

  • Manage a litigation caseload efficiently and effectively.
  • Take and defend depositions as necessary.
