Duties:

• Provide legal support and advice on renewable energy transactions.
• Take early responsibility on complex transactions within the thriving group.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar license in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Mid-level experience in renewable energy transactional work.
• Exposure to tax equity, M&A, and debt financing structures.
