Responsibilities:

- Handle litigation cases from start to finish, including motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation
- Conduct legal research and provide guidance to clients
- Attend depositions, hearings, and trials as needed
- Collaborate with team members and support staff to ensure efficient and effective case management
- Maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate degree and active license to practice law in Mississippi
- At least 2 years of litigation experience
- Strong communication, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage a large caseload and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to client service
