A law firm is seeking a Senior Business Law Attorney with the following qualifications:

Job Overview:

The Senior Business Law Attorney will provide comprehensive legal counsel in estate planning, trust administration, wealth preservation, business succession planning, and corporate law matters. The role involves client relationship management, project management, negotiation, document drafting, senior review, and mentoring junior associates.

Duties:

• Practice in all areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, wealth preservation, and business succession planning.
• Advise individuals and families on tax and estate planning arrangements, financial planning, estate and generation-skipping tax planning, trust administration, probate administration, and charitable planning.
• Provide counsel to executives and business owners on corporate law matters.
• Foster significant client contact and development through collaborative work and mentoring.
• Work alongside seasoned partners to address complex business issues.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in business law practice.
• Strong client relationship management and project management skills.
• Exceptional negotiating abilities.
• Document drafting and senior review expertise.
• Experience with complex business issues resolution.
• Large law firm experience preferred.
• Top academic credentials.
• An active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a top-tier, ABA-approved law school.

Skills:

• Proficient in estate planning, trust administration, and corporate law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
