The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction or real property litigation, excellent written and oral advocacy skills, and experience in conducting and defending depositions. A Florida law license is required for this position.

Duties:

• Handle litigation matters, with a focus on construction or real property cases.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Draft discovery requests, responses, and dispositive motions.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney.
• Prior experience in construction or real property litigation is preferred.
• Florida law license is required.
• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
