This role will be responsible for conducting internal reviews, collaboratively resolving complex workplace conduct issues, and ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures while complying with local laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting investigations, strong communication skills, and the ability to make difficult decisions in a fair and ethical manner. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute investigation plans, including analyzing allegations, collecting evidence, and conducting witness interviews. - Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including HR and business leaders. - Manage multiple internal reviews. - Make objective findings and provide recommendations for corrective action and process improvements. - Coordinate with internal and external legal counsel. - Identify and analyze patterns and trends and recommend appropriate actions. - Continuously learn and benchmark against best practices. - Develop a deep understanding of PayPal's culture and values.
