Responsibilities for this role include drafting, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of documentation and transactional support structures, as well as reviewing and responding to various solicitation documents from GHHN clients. The role also involves staying up-to-date on legal and regulatory changes and advising the business on key legal and regulatory issues.

The ideal candidate will have transactional experience, strong contract negotiation skills, and previous experience working with governments, healthcare providers, higher education institutions, or not-for-profit organizations. Familiarity with banking law and financial services laws and regulations is also preferred, as well as the ability to lead and drive teams and interact with senior management.

Knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations applicable to GHHN clients and experience working with wholesale payment solutions are also desirable. Previous experience with state and local government Requests For Proposals and knowledge of local procurement laws is a plus.
