Responsibilities:

- Administer, extend, negotiate, and terminate contracts
- Provide advice on proposal strategy, contract formation, and customer relationships
- Review and analyze customer RFPs and advise program team on contractual terms and conditions
- Ensure company proposals are responsive to customer requirements
- Manage fact-finding, evaluation notices, and negotiations with customers
- Build knowledge of FAR/DFARS
- Manage and administer CDRLs and other reports
- Advise management of contractual rights and obligations
- Compile and analyze data
- Maintain historical information through closeout process

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 6 years of experience or Master's Degree or JD with minimum 4 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and other . Federal Government contracting regulations
- Experience with various contract types
- Ability to travel domestically up to 10%
- . Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

- Recent experience in defense industry
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other PC programs
