Job Details:

• Work alongside experienced trial lawyers preparing cases for trial.
• Defend individuals, cities, municipalities, and general public and private entities in civil rights and employment litigation.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex professional liability issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients involved in professional liability cases.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and conferences related to professional liability cases.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Stay informed about changes in professional liability laws and regulations.
• Assist in developing case strategies and legal arguments specific to professional liability litigation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience.
