Executive Director, Associate General Counsel - Litigation

-Provide legal counsel in civil litigation, third-party subpoenas, and regulatory investigations
-Represent KPMG and its professionals in litigation proceedings and provide legal advice to the firm and its leaders
-Develop and implement strategies to defend against litigation and regulatory investigations
-Supervise outside counsel and collaborate with other members of the Office of General Counsel (OGC)
-Report to and consult with senior leadership on litigation and regulatory matters
-Assist in financial projections for supervised matters

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 18 years of experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department
-JD or LLM from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in the .
-Experience with SEC, PCAOB, or similar regulatory agencies a plus
-Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously
-Excellent communication, collaboration, and client service skills
-Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
