The base pay for this position is expected to be between $140,000 - $165,000 annually, with additional compensation including equity, bonus, and benefits. About the Role:

- Corporate Counsel, Contracts at Olema Oncology in Boston, Massachusetts
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of corporate contracting, including negotiating, drafting, and redlining various agreements with external parties
- Collaboration with a dynamic contracts team and engagement across all corporate departments
- Based out of our Boston office

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Juris Doctorate degree from a . ABA-accredited law school
- Active and good-standing license to practice law in the Massachusetts Bar Association
- Minimum of 3+ years of transactional practice, with a strong understanding of contract law and relevant regulations
- Experience in the biotech industry is preferred
- Strong drafting skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated organizational prowess and exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Passionate about challenging and impactful legal work

Salary Information:

- Base pay range of $140,000 - $165,000 annually
- Additional compensation including equity, bonus, and benefits
