This role will involve negotiating and drafting various agreements with external parties, as well as collaborating with a dynamic contracts team and engaging with other corporate departments. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate degree and be a licensed attorney in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar Association, with at least 3 years of transactional practice experience. The base pay for this position is expected to be between $140,000 - $165,000 annually, with additional compensation including equity, bonus, and benefits.
