A law firm in Boston, MA, is seeking a Commercial Litigation/Insurance Coverage Attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong research and writing skills and be confident in appearing before court and clients. Bar admission in MA is helpful.

Duties:

• Handle commercial litigation matters, including insurance coverage disputes
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and other legal proceedings
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on insurance coverage issues
• Analyze insurance policies and coverage issues
• Assist with settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution
• Prepare for and participate in trials and appeals
• Manage and prioritize multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the firm
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation
• Bar admission in MA (admission in multiple jurisdictions is a plus)
• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

Education:
