The ideal candidate will have a regular and recurring stream of clients, either through personal referrals, professional referrals, networking services, or online advertising.

Duties:

  • Provide legal representation and counsel to clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support, and adoption.
  • Manage a caseload from inception to resolution, including client consultations, negotiations, and courtroom representation.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare for hearings and trials.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to handle cases and meet client needs effectively.

Requirements:

  • A highly specialized attorney in the field of trusts and estates or criminal defense, who lacks a book of business but can generate revenue through online advertising, will be considered
  • Experience in family law practice, including litigation and negotiation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in legal research, writing, and case analysis.
  • Commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct.

Education and Certifications:
