Your expertise will also extend to structuring ownership in foreign businesses to minimize . tax implications.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will draft . estate plan documents for . clients with foreign assets or foreign beneficiaries, administer estates of . individuals owning foreign assets, and provide valuable insights to foreign clients on structuring investments in the ., including real estate acquisition and tax-efficient asset transfers.
