Salary: $96,594 + $4,775 location pay
Qualifications: Admission to the New York State Bar

Job Title: Senior Appellate Court Attorney
Salary: $107,629 + $4,775 location pay
Qualifications: Admission to the New York State Bar and two years of service in the Appellate Court Attorney title or equivalent legal experience.

Job Title: Principal Appellate Court Attorney
Salary: $126,278 + $4,775 location pay
Qualifications: Admission to the New York State Bar and three years of service in the Senior Appellate Court Attorney title or equivalent legal experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze legal issues for the court
- Prepare preliminary reports and confidential memoranda
- Review draft decisions for accuracy of citations and conformance with the record on appeal
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Possess knowledge of the law and trial procedures
- Organize, analyze, and interpret legal issues
- Write clear and concise prose
- Communicate clearly and succinctly
