Houston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation attorney with 5+ years of experience in civil/federal defense litigation and/or insurance coverage and defense. The candidate will manage a diverse caseload, working closely with a supervising shareholder. The candidate will manage a diverse caseload from file inception to completion, working collaboratively with the supervising shareholder. Handle an active trial docket by attending hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials. Draft pleadings, motions, settlement documents, and briefs. Draft and respond to discovery and develop a discovery plan. Develop and execute a litigation plan of action. Communicate with clients and prepare initial and continually updated client reports.
