Duties:

• Advise and represent clients on all aspects of cybersecurity and incident response matters.

• Assist in the development and implementation of cybersecurity incident response plans.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity and incident response.
• Membership to the NY State Bar.
• Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Excellent legal research skills.
• Superb writing and oral communication skills.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
