Collaborating closely with fellow eMerge attorneys, technologists, and clients, the Senior eMerge Discovery Attorney will play a pivotal role in crafting and managing case-specific eDiscovery workflows and protocols, with a focus on risk mitigation, cost control, and defensibility to ensure successful case outcomes.

Key responsibilities of this role include overseeing and ensuring the quality of work and deliverables from associated eMerge Discovery Attorneys, Project Attorneys, technologists, and service providers to maintain consistency, accuracy, and efficiency. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in their practicing state, possess an in-depth understanding of eDiscovery laws and industry best practices, and demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Additionally, fluency with preservation, filtering, and export capabilities of corporate messaging, collaboration, and productivity solutions, such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, is essential, with expertise in Relativity being strongly preferred.
