Job Description:

- Work as part of a team to provide clients with valuable insight and help them implement successful tax strategies
- Serve a wide range of tax-exempt organizations, including colleges, healthcare entities, foundations, cultural and religious organizations
- Assist charities in achieving measurable results, such as obtaining and preserving tax-exempt status
- Identify planning opportunities resulting from legislation, regulations, and rulings
- Advise on executive compensation and employee benefits planning
- Comply with income, excise, and employment tax requirements
- Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness and address development areas
- Delegate to others to provide stretch opportunities and coach them to deliver results
- Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to solve complex business issues
- Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from industry trends
- Review work and that of others for quality, accuracy, and relevance
- Seek and embrace opportunities for exposure to different situations, environments, and perspectives
- Communicate effectively and build quality relationships
- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
- Use statistical software and conduct analyses to provide tax-related services
- Research business and industry trends to develop a point of view for proposals
- Innovate and experiment with digitization solutions
- Work with large, complex data sets and data visualization tools
