Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the litigation process.
• Attend depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Provide legal counsel to clients on various legal issues.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of meaningful litigation experience.
• Previous experience in personal injury, product liability, or insurance defense litigation is advantageous.
• Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills.
• Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Admitted to the State Bar of Texas.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
