FORVIS is currently seeking a Manager for the Process & Solutions Designer role in their Washington National Tax Office. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced tax professional to join a collaborative and innovative team, working with top clients and thought leaders in the tax industry. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation or a Juris Doctor, 5+ years of tax experience, and 2 or more years of experience as an innovation business analyst or similar role. The ideal candidate will also hold a CPA license and/or .

The Process & Solutions Designer will be responsible for designing the WNTO architecture and delivery model, evaluating client expectations and constraints, identifying opportunities for new service offerings, and driving the creation and spin-up of new national tax service lines. This role requires strong critical thinking and reasoning skills, an innovative mindset, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will also have a passion for continuous learning, a commitment to excellence, and a desire to serve and develop others.

Key Responsibilities:

Design the WNTO architecture and delivery model for converting tax technical analysis into actionable plans and resources.
Evaluate client expectations, objectives, and technical constraints to create customized innovative solutions for specific tax issues.
Identify opportunities for new service offerings or innovation of existing services to provide an unmatched client experience.
Develop and deploy service model platforms, strategies, and solutions based on judicial or legislative developments.
Drive creation and spin-up of new national tax service lines in collaboration with the rest of the WNTO and Tax Specialty team.
Grow the FORVIS brand as a thought leader in tax through the design and deployment of relevant value-added service offerings and technology in a way that provides an unmatched client experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation or Juris Doctor.
5+ years or more of tax experience with a large accounting firm, law firm, or relevant tax policy-making entity.
2 or more years of experience working as an innovation business analyst or similar role.
