  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
  • Minimum of 3 or more years of experience working on construction contracts, preferably in the energy industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex legal matters and leading teams.
  • Strong drafting skills and contract analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize new information quickly and effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to providing excellent substantive work and client service.

Education and Certifications:
