• Negotiate settlements and mediate disputes when appropriate.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in litigation, preferably in a law firm setting.
• A genuine and serious interest in transitioning to matrimonial and family law.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
