Job Overview: A law firm in Sunny Isles Beach, FL, is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience as a transactional corporate attorney and must be admitted to practice law in Florida. The candidate should possess strong knowledge in all aspects of corporate and business transactions, including drafting, negotiation, and review of contracts and legal documents. Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.

Duties:

• Analyze, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal documents for corporate transactions without supervision.
• Review and revise agreements, prepare or review renewals, terminations, or extensions of existing contracts independently.
• Respond to legal inquiries from clients promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

• Admission to practice law in Florida.
• 6 years of prior experience as a transactional (non-litigation) corporate attorney.
• Strong experience in all aspects of corporate and business transactions.
• Proven ability to take initiative and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Transactional experience with strong drafting and negotiating skills involving various documents.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.

Skills:

• Excellent Spanish language skills (verbal and written).
• Exceptional spelling and grammar.
• Proficiency in drafting and finalizing a variety of corporate documents for business transactions.
