The ideal candidate will have a JD degree and be licensed to practice law in any of the 50 US states, with experience in commercial contracting and a preference for healthcare, medical device, or biopharma industries. This role will involve reviewing and negotiating various contracts, providing legal support and training to internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The individual must have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to handle multiple contracts and timelines, and a strong understanding of legal concepts and principles. Experience with compliance matters, technology transactions, and cross-border or M&A transactions is preferred.
