A law firm in Chicago, IL, is actively seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality legal work, contributing to business development efforts, and upholding the highest ethical standards within the legal profession.

Requirements:

• Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Preferably, be a graduate of a Top 25 law school or a graduate in the top 10% of the graduating class from an accredited law school; positions in the law school’s premier law journal are a plus.
• Be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of Illinois, maintaining applicable license renewal and Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements.
• Preferably have 3-5 years of experience as a licensed attorney at a law firm.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed attorney at a law firm or clerking.
