The ideal candidate will possess 4+ years of experience in civil litigation, excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines and expectations consistently.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct and defend depositions
  • Manage a case docket
  • Appear in court
  • Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties
  • Produce deliverables efficiently
  • Answer phone calls and reply to correspondence promptly
  • Perform tasks as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in civil litigation
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and expectations consistently
  • Experience with multi district litigation is a plus

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

 

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of Texas (or ability to waive in)
