The Senior Attorney will primarily be responsible for conducting and defending depositions, managing a case docket, and appearing in court. Additionally, the role involves effective communication with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties, along with producing deliverables, answering phone calls, and replying to correspondence promptly. The ideal candidate will possess 4+ years of experience in civil litigation, excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines and expectations consistently.

Duties:

• Conduct and defend depositions
• Manage a case docket
• Appear in court
• Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties
• Produce deliverables efficiently
• Answer phone calls and reply to correspondence promptly
• Perform tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in civil litigation
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and expectations consistently
• Experience with multi district litigation is a plus

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of Texas (or ability to waive in)
