Job Duties:

• Conduct legal research to support litigation, legislative, environmental, and land use cases.
• Prepare legal documents, including briefs, motions, and contracts.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex legal matters.
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of issues.
• Stay current on changes in laws and regulations affecting the firm's practice areas.
• Attend and participate in client meetings and case-related discussions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
• Engage in business development activities to expand the firm's client base.

Job Requirements:

• Must be a member of the Florida Bar.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Education:
