Duties:

• Research and draft motions and briefs for various legal matters.
• Participate in all aspects of the discovery process.
• Manage cases and clients effectively.
• Engage in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
• Demonstrate proficiency in trial practice.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of legal experience.
• Strong interest in law firm defense matters.
• Prior exposure to claims for legal malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty.
• Experience in the defense of disqualification motions is preferred.
• District court or appellate court clerkship is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of California.
