They will be responsible for drafting and negotiating EPC contracts, P3 agreements, CMAR agreements, subcontractor and supply agreements, and other commercial contracting and project finance documents. Exceptional writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are essential for success in this role.

Duties:

  • Draft and negotiate EPC contracts, P3 agreements, CMAR agreements, subcontractor and supply agreements, and other commercial contracting documents.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on construction and real estate matters related to major projects.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on construction and real estate laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.
  • Assist in the review and analysis of project finance documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 4-6 years of transactional experience in energy, renewable, transportation, and social infrastructure projects.
