Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level private equity transactions associate attorney with 4-6 years of experience representing private equity sponsors in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. The candidate will be expected to advise private equity funds and their portfolio companies with respect to sophisticated public or private acquisitions, growth investments, and other similar transactions, as well as advise on general corporate matters, including governance and securities law compliance. Will be responsible for drafting and negotiating related transactional agreements. Also, be expected to have the ability to work within teams and manage various parts of transactions independently. Working extensively on private equity transactions that include representing private equity and strategic investor clients on various mergers and acquisition transactions, will be preferred. Should also have proven experience drafting and negotiating private equity documents and advising clients on cross-border transactions. Should have a . degree from an accredited law school or equivalent and be admitted, in good standing, to practice in the state of Massachusetts.
